ODPControl ActiveX Installation

Browser security settings may either prevent or prompt for the installation of any ActiveX component.

• If the browser prompts for ActiveX installation, please accepting the ActiveX installation. After the installation has completed, this page will display a status of loaded at the bottom and will no longer prompt for the ActiveX installation.
• If broswer security does not allow the ActiveX component installation, you should notify your site administrator for assistance.

The ODPControl installation can be verified by looking for the ActiveX component ODPControl.ODPCtl under %SystemRoot%\Downloaded Program Files. SystemRoot is typically C:\WINDOWS so the ODPControl should be installed in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files for this example.
