More about address checking

If there’s no address, it’s inactive, or the dates aren’t in effect, a message appears advising you a valid address is required. The message offers you the choice of three buttons:

• "Existing" to select an address from the Person/Organization Query form (CPIIDEN).

• "New" to enter an address on the Person/Organization Maintenance form (CPAIDEN).

• "Deselect" to cancel the print selection.
