View Payable Void/Adjustment Detail (CAAPADJ)

Use the Detail tab of the Payable Void/Adjustment form (CAAPADJ) to view the following payable information for the selected payee.

• Payee Name. The name of the payee.

• Creation Date. The date the payable was entered.

• Original Amount. The amount of the payable before a void or adjustment was made.

• Court Code, Location Code. The court and location to which the payable belongs.

• Receipt Number. The number of any receipt associated with the payable.

• Case ID, Description. The ID and description of any case associated with the payable.

• Party ID, Name. The ID and name of any party associated with the payable.
