Transaction types you want to view. The following information appears for the selected general ledger account:

• Tran (Transaction) No. and description-- System-assigned transaction number

• Tran Type--type of transaction

• Entry Date--Date the transaction was entered

• Post Period--Year and posting period the transaction was entered

• Seq (sequence) No.--System-assigned number given to each item in a transaction number

• Debit

• Credit

• Balance

• Totals
