Void Checks

If misalignment or other printer problems require you to increase the starting check number, follow these steps to void the intervening check numbers.

To void checks from the Printer Setup window:

1. On the Printer Setup window, select Void Checks in the navigation frame.

2. On the Void Checks window, enter the Void Password.

3. Enter the Void Reason Code or select one from the list.

4. Enter the New Starting Check No.

5. Click OK to return to the Printer Setup window.
