Transfer Fee (CBAACCD)

If your jurisdiction established a Fee Transfer Docket code on the Accounts Receivable Control form (CBACTRL), the system creates a docket entry when you transfer fees from one court/location to another or one detail code to another.

In addition, if your jurisdiction uses Case Status and Party Status automatic update, the docket entry may cause case or party status to be updated. More Information

The following takes place when you select this option from the Case/Party Account Detail (CBAACCD) form:

1. AR asks you if the fee should be transferred to the same court/location or some other court/location. Make a selection.

2. Make a selection from the Fee Detail Codes List ( same court/location) or the Transfer Detail Codes List (other court/location)

• If you transferred to the same court/location, you're done and return to the Case/Party Account Detail (CBAACCD) form.

• If you transferred to another court/location, the Adjustment Reason Code window appears.

3. Enter the Password, then enter the Reason (code) or select one from the list.

4. Select Close to return to the Case/Party Account Detail (CBAACCD) form.
