Fields for Debit Account Master (CBADMST)

Account Number, (description)

The number and description of the debit account.

Minimum Account Balance

If the account balance drops this amount, the account owner is notified to replenish the account.

Account Owner, (name)

The person to whom all correspondence concerning the debit account is sent.

Responsible Party, (name)

The individual responsible for maintaining the account. This may be (and often is) the same person as the Account Owner. If the Responsible Party is the same as the Account Owner, the ID must be entered in each field. The system fills the Responsible party name when you enter the responsible party ID.

Status, (description)

The status and description of the debit account.

Balance

The balance of the debit account.

Number of Notices Sent, Date Last Notice Sent

The number of notice sent since the account was last replenished and the date of that notice. This field is blank if the account balance is above the minimum.

User ID, User Name

The ID and name of the user authorized to use the debit account,
