All Fees
Indicates whether you want to display all fees for the current case, party, or case and party combination. This field reflects the selection made in the key block. You can change the field setting if necessary. More Information
Pri (Priority)
Priority number indicating the sequence in which the payment should be applied to the case. The range is 1 (highest) to 99 (lowest). If you have multiple cases, use this field to indicate the order in which the system should apply the payment to them. If you have one case, this field displays 1 by default.
Case ID, Description
ID and description for the case that you are entering a payment for.
Party ID, Name
ID and name of the party associated with the payment.
Case Total
Total owed for all fees displayed for the case. This amount may vary if All Fees has been checked and if a party ID has been entered.
Plan
Indicates whether the case is associated with a payment plan. This field is display-only.
Pri (Priority)
Priority associated with the fee. The range is 1 (highest) to 999 (lowest).
Qty (Quantity)
Quantity associated with the fee--for example, the number of copies for a document copying charge.
Viol/Doct
Violation or docket associated with the fee. If the current docket is sealed and you are not permitted to view sealed dockets, you will see *SEAL or ***SEALED DOCKET*** in place of the actual docket information.
Citation #
If applicable, the citation number associated with the violation.
Cat (Category)
Category associated with the fee's detail code.
Fee Description
Description of the fee.
Amount
Amount of the fee.
Balance
Balance remaining on the fee.
Pay (Payment) Type, Category, Description
Type, category, and description of the payment.
Amount
Amount of the payment.
Debit Acct, Description, Status
ID, description, and status of the debit account for a debit account payment.
Auth (Authorized) ID, Name
ID and name of the user authorized to work with the debit account.
Balance Due
Total outstanding balance for all fees displayed for the cases in the Case/Party Information block.
