View All Fees Window (CBAPAYM)

Use the View All Fees window of the Payment Entry form (CBAPAYM) to view all the fees associated with the current case on the Automatic or Manual tab or all fees associated with the current plan on the Payment Plan tab.

1. The View All Fees window displays the following information for each fee:

• Priority associated with the fee.

• Quantity associated with the fee (for example, the number of copies for a document copying charge).

• Viol/Dock, violation or docket associated with the fee.

If the current docket is sealed and you are not permitted to view sealed dockets, you will see *SEAL or ***SEALED DOCKET*** in place of the actual docket information. More Information

• Category or detail code associated with the fee.

• Fee Description.

• Amount of the fee.

• Balance owed on the fee.

• Description of the Case associated with the fee.

• Name of the Party associated with the fee.

• Totals for the Amount entries and for the Balance owed entries.

2. From this window, you can also view case account information by selecting Account Qry (CBIAREV) in the navigation frame.

3. To return to entering payments, select Close Window from the File menu.
