Effective Date and Time

Aging
Indicator that tells how the case status affects case aging. There are four possible indicators:
On: case aging occurs when this status is applied to the case.
Off: case aging stops when this status is applied to the case.
Reset: case aging counter is reset to zero when this status is applied to the case. Any time accrued to this point no longer counts.
No Effect: no effect on case aging when this status is applied to the case. Aging continues either on or off, depending on how it was set prior to the status being added.
Disp Ind (Disposition Indicator)
Indicator that tells if and how much of the case is disposed when the case status is applied. There are three possible indicators:
N: indicates that the case is not disposed and is considered pending.
Y: indicates the case is partially disposed, but is still considered pending.
F: Case is fully disposed and is not considered pending.
Case Age in Days
Case age displayed in days. Case age is calculated by adding the blocks of time when the aging indicator is "On" and subtracting the blocks of time when the aging indicator is "Off." If a status has an aging indicator of "Reset," all prior time is ignored and aging starts over from the reset date.
