View Payment Plan Fees Associated with a Case (CBAOPAY)

Use the View Plan Case Fees window of the Outstanding Payment Plan Payments form (CBAOPAY) to view only payment plan fees associated with the case record highlighted on CBAOPAY.

To view all fees (not just those on a payment plan) associated with the highlighted case record, click here.

When you select View Plan Case Fees in the navigation frame of CBAOPAY, the View Plan Case Fees window opens. The following fee information displays:

Case ID. This is the case ID associated with the record currently highlighted on CBAOPAY. The case description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Plan #. This is the payment plan number of the record currently highlighted on CBAOPAY.
Qty (Quantity) of items related to the fee. For example, if the fee is for copies made of papers associated with the case, the number of copies would display here.
Pri (Priority). Priority of the fee.
Viol/Doct (Violation/Docket). The violation code or docket code associated with the fee.
Citation #. The citation number associated with the fee.
Detail code representing the fee.
Fee Cat (Category) code.
Fee Description.
Original Amount of the fee.
Name of the Party associated with the fee.
Balance still owed on the fee (original amount minus any payments or adjustments).
Total Balance of all the payment plan fees on this case.

When finished viewing the payment plan fees associated to the case, select Close Window from the File menu to return to the Outstanding Payment Plan Payments form (CBAOPAY).
