Fields for Case Information Update (CDACASU)
Case ID
ID of the case you want to update, transfer, or seal. The description appears to the right.

Description, Court Code, Location Code, Case Type
The case's description, court code, location code, and type.
Trial Type
Code for the type of trial.
Case Security
Security level of the case. 1 = lowest security; 9 = highest security. Defaults to setting entered on the Case Type Code Validation form (CTVCTYP). Only users with a matching security level or higher can view the case.
Case Weight
Indicates complexity of the case. 1 = least complex; 9 = most complex. Defaults to setting entered on the Case Type Code Validation form (CTVCTYP).

Tracking
If checked, indicates that you need to track the case in some way. For example, you may need to track all cases with a certain security level. Checking this option does not generate any ACS Contexte report. The option acts as a flag for those users who have designed their own reports for tracking purposes.
ActiveArchive Lock
This check box appears only if you've licensed ActiveArchive. If checked, the case is ineligible for any ActiveArchive processing (archiving, purging, restoring, expunging, and reverse-expunging). If left deselected, the current case remains eligible for ActiveArchive processing.
eFile
If checked, indicates that an efile case has been disposed. Checking the box disables any update triggers to the efile vendor.
Filing Date, Time
The date and time the case was filed.
Claim/Value
Monetary amount in controversy. Generally used only in civil cases.
Sealed, Reason
Check to seal a case and enter the reason.

Case ID
ID of the case for which you are transferring fees.
Old Court Code, Old Location Code
The court and location codes before you entered changes.
Ind (Indicator)
If marked with an asterisk, indicates that the fee has not been transferred because there was no matching detail code at the court to which you are transferring the case.
Detail Code
Code indicating the kind of fee or transaction.
CC (Court Code), LC (Location Code)
The court and location to which you are transferring the case and fees.
Description
Description of the detail code.
Amount, Balance
Amount of the fine or fee, and the balance remaining on it.
