Associate a Docket with a Sentence (CDADOCT)

1. Select the Sentence button on the Docket Association Entry form (CDADOCT). The following information displays for each sentence:

• Sentence code.

• Code for the Violation for which the sentence was imposed.

• Name of the Party receiving the sentence.

• Date the sentence was Signed into effect by a judge.

2. Select the sentences you want to associate with the docket by selecting the Assoc box.

3. Save.
