Open the Person Association form (CDQPASS). The following information displays:
Party type. This code indicates the role of the party in this case.
Name of the party.
End. If checked, indicates the party is dismissed from the case.
Rein (Reinstate). If checked, indicates the party is reinstated on the case.
Date. When the party was added, dismissed, or reinstated to the case.
Check the Select box next to the party with whom you want to associate the docket.
Depending on rules set up on the
Party Status Rule form (CTRPSTS), the docket code may update the party's
status. For more information on CTRPSTS, see the ACS Contexte Setup
Manual.
If the party is dismissed from the case, select the End box and enter the effective date in the Date field.
If the party has been reinstated in the case, select the Rein (Reinstate) box and enter the effective date in the Date field.
Save and close the Person Association form (CDQPASS).
