Fields for Docket Association Entry (CDADOCT)
Case ID
ID of the case on which you are entering dockets. The description appears to the right.
Docket
Code representing the docket you are entering. The description appears below the code.
Filing Date, Time
The date and time of the docket filing. This can be earlier than the case initiation date and time and can be updated.
Party
Code representing the party type (role of the party in this case). The party's name appears below the code.
Disposition Amount
The amount of a monetary disposition. This field is only available if the docket code is associated with a case status and the case status has a disposition indicator of Y (partial disposition) or F (full disposition).
Non-Mon (Monetary)
If checked, indicates the disposition is a non-monetary one.
Seal Dckt (Sealed Docket)
If checked, indicates the docket is sealed.
Image
If checked, indicates a content file is attached to the record. The file can be any electronic file that can be maintained through your third party document management system (DMS).

Associates the current docket with text.
Docket Text
Text related to the docket entry.
Docket
Associates the current docket with another docket. Fields display showing any previously entered associations. Click the arrow next to the Docket Code field to open the Docket Association form (CDQDASS) to enter an association.
Resultant/Caused
Buttons indicating whether the current docket resulted from another docket or caused another docket.
Event
If checked, indicates that an event either caused or resulted from the selected docket.
Docket Code
Code of the docket that either caused the current docket or resulted from it. This association is important if your jurisdiction uses Automatic Event Creation and Automatic Event Deletion.
Filing Date
Date the docket was filed.
Name
Person filing the docket.
Text
Text associated with the docket.
Person
Check to associate the current docket with a person. Fields display showing any previously entered associations. Click the arrow next to the Party ID field to open the Person Association form (CDQPASS) to enter an association.
Party, Name
Code representing the party type (role of the party in this case). The party's name appears to the right.
End Date
If applicable, the date the party was dismissed from the case.
Event
Check to associate the current docket with an event. Fields display showing any previously entered associations. Click the arrow next to the Event field to open the Event Association form (CDQDREL) to enter an association.
Resultant/Caused
Buttons indicating whether the current docket resulted from an event or caused an event.
Event, Description
Code representing the event and its description.
Scheduled Date, Time
Date and time when the event is scheduled to occur.
Sentence
Check to associate the current docket with a sentence.
Sentence
Code for the sentence.
Violation
Code for the violation for which the sentence was imposed.
Party
Name of the party receiving the sentence.
Signed Date
Date the sentence was signed into effect by a judge.
Judgment For
Check to associate the current docket with a judgment for a party. Available only if the docket code is associated with a case status and the case status has a disposition indicator of Y (partial disposition) or F (full disposition).
Party ID
ID of the party in whose favor the judgment has been awarded.
Party Type, Name
Code representing the role of the party in this case and the name of the party.
Amount
Amount of the judgment.
Judgment Against
Check to associate the current docket with a judgment against a party. Available only if the docket code is associated with a case status and the case status has a disposition indicator of Y (partial disposition) or F (full disposition).
Party ID
ID of the party against whom the judgment has been awarded.
Party Type, Name
Code representing the role of the party in this case and the name of the party.
Satisfied
Check if the judgment has been paid.
Amount
Amount of the judgment.
