Party Type

Indicates a party's role in this particular case

ID

ID of the party to the case.

Person, Organization

Indicates whether the party is a person or an organization.

Last Name, First Name, Middle, Prefix, Suffix

The person's name information and preferred prefix or suffix. These fields display if the Person button is selected.

Organization

The organization's name. This field displays if the Organization button is selected.

Address Type

Code indicating the type of address.

Confidential Address

If checked, indicates the address is confidential and can only be seen by users set up to view confidential addresses.

Address, City, State/Prov, ZIP/PC

Address information for the party.

County

County of residence for the party as indicated by the address.

Phone

Area code and phone number for the party.

Email

An email address for the party.

Party Status

Status of the party on this case.

Status Date, Status Time

Date and time the party status became effective.

SSN/Tax ID

The party's social security number or taxpayer federal ID number. The field displays nine asterisks (*********) if you do not have access to view the this information as defined in the Confidential Address and Person Security Control form (COACONF).
