Enter Judgments (CDQJMTD)

Use the Judgment Detail form (CDQJMTD) to enter information related to judgments for or against one or more parties. This form can be accessed only from the Docket Association Entry form (CDADOCT), the Event Outcome form (CSAEOUT), or the Session Direct Processing form (NMAMAIN). It cannot be accessed from a menu or through Direct Access.

To see a judgment record, you must have security access to all cases associated with a judgment. To see a party in the For/Recipient block, you must have access to view the person. To see all parties in the Against block, you must have access to view each party on at least one of the cases related to the judgment.

To enter judgment information

1. When the Judgment Detail form opens, the Case ID and the highlighted Docket code from the calling form display, as does the docket code's Filing Date.

To associate one or more cases with the judgment in addition to the one displayed at the top of the form, select Associate Case IDs in the navigation frame to open the Add Associated Case IDs window.

2. Select Next from the Block menu to move to each of the following areas of the form to enter information.

• Judgment

• For/Recipient

• Against

• Assessment

3. To perform additional related tasks, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.

4. When finished, exit the Judgment Detail form (CDQJMTD).
