Add, Change, or Dispose of Violation Enhancements (CMADISP)

Use the Enhancements window of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP) to add, change, or dispose of an enhancement to a violation. You can open this window from either the Violation or Disposition tab. You can also open the window from the other tabs in Related Disposition (CMADISP) for viewing purposes.

You cannot delete an enhancement. If you delete a violation with an enhancement, the enhancement continues to display.

To add or change an enhancement to a violation

1. Enter or change the Enhancement Code, or select one from the list. The system fills the Description.

2. Save.

3. Close the Enhancements window.

To dispose of an enhancement to a violation

1. Scroll to the desired enhancement.

2. Enter the Disp (Disposition) Code or select one from the list. This field appears only when you open the Enhancements window from the Violation or Disposition tab.

3. Enter the Disp (Disposition) Date if different from the current date. This field appears only when you open the Enhancements window from the Violation or Disposition tab.

4. Save.

5. Close the Enhancements window.
