Fields for Violation (CMADISP)
Vio No (Violation Number)
Unique sequence number that ACS Contexte assigns to a violation for tracking purposes. Indicates the order of entry of a violation in the total number of violations filed for the current party.
Violation Code, Description
Code and description for the type of violation.
Citation Number
Citation number associated with the violation. Represents the actual ticket or citation issued by the law enforcement official. (Because multiple charges can appear on a violation and because different agencies may issue citations with the same numbers, this field is not unique.)
DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles)
Check to flag violations for reporting to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Checking this option does not prepare a report nor does the information appear on any ACS Contexte reports.
Enh (Enhancements)
If selected, indicates that enhancements exist on the violation.
Inc (Inchoate)
"Inchoate" defines an offense to which guilt attaches even though the party charged with the offense may not have achieved the criminal purpose. The three choices are: A (Attempt); C (Conspiracy); S (Solicitation).
Viol Lvl (Violation Level)
Specifies severity of the violation, such as F3 for 3rd degree felony. The level is used when creating multiple events using Charge Rules (CTRCRUL). ACS Contexte schedules the events according to the most severe violation.
Viol Date, Time
Date and time that the violation occurred.
Due Date
Date by which an action is required by the party charged with the violation.
Filing Date, Time
Date and time that the violation was filed.
