View Disposition History (CMADISP)

Use the Disposition History window of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP) to view the history of disposition changes/deletions for the case ID and party ID entered at the top of the form. This window is accessible only from the Disposition tab. You cannot update any of the information.

To view disposition history

1. When the Disposition History window opens, the system displays the prior disposition information, including:

• Viol No (Violation Number) indicating the order of entry of the violation in the total number of violations filed for the current party.

• Violation Code and its Description

• Disp (Disposition) code and its Description

• Disp Date (date the previous disposition was entered)

• ID of the user who Changed or deleted the record

• Date the record was changed or deleted

• Code for the Reason the record was changed or deleted and the reason Desc (Description). If no reason code was entered at the time of the change/deletion, these fields are blank.

• Maint (Maintenance) indicator. "C" (Changed) or "D" (Deleted).

If necessary, you can narrow the display further by performing a query on any of the fields except the Viol No, violation Description, Disposition Description, and the change/delete reason Desc (Description).

2. Select Close Window from the File menu to return to the Disposition tab of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP).
