View Sentence History (CMADISP)
Use the Sentence History window of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP) to view sentence history for the party ID entered at the top of the form and the case displaying on the Sentence tab. This window is accessible only from the Sentence tab. You cannot update any of the information.
To view sentence history
When the Sentence History window opens, the system displays the prior information entered for the sentence. The top area of the screen shows the sentence and the bottom area shows the violations associated with it.
Sentence information
Case ID
Violation Code and its Description
Violn No (Violation Number). This is the unique sequence number that ACS Contexte assigns to a violation for tracking purposes. It indicates the order of entry of a violation in the total number of violations filed for the current party.
Sequence number. This is the unique sequence number that ACS Contexte assigns to the sentence. It indicates the order the sentence was entered in the total number of sentences for the party.
Sentence code and description.
Number indicating the sentence Length and the time unit (Hours, Days, Months, or Years).
Suspended Length (amount of the sentence that was suspended) and the time unit (Hours, Days, Months, or Years).
Sequence number for any sentence with which this sentence is running Consecutively or Concurrently.
Length of any time already Served and the time unit (Hours, Days, Months, or Years).
Date the sentence was Signed by the judge.
Start date of the sentence
Date of the start of Probation
ID of the Judge who handed down the sentence and the judge's name
Date of sentence Completion
Text further explaining the sentence
ID of the user who Changed the sentence
Date the change was made
Code for the Reason the change was made and the reason code Desc (Description). If no reason code was entered at the time of the change/deletion, these fields are blank.
Maint (Maintenance) indicator: "C" for Changed; "D" for Deleted
If necessary, you can narrow the display further by performing a query on any of the fields except Case ID, violation Description, Seq, sentence description, Suspend, Text, judge's name (unlabeled field to the right of the judge ID field), or reason Desc (Description).
Violation information
If the Sel (Selection) box is checked, the violation is linked to a sentence.

Violation Code and its Description
Code and description for the type of violation.
Vio (Violation) Date when the violation occurred.
Filing Date when the violation was filed.
Dist. (Distribution) Agency that issued the citation.
Dist. (Distribution) Area where the citation was issued.
Select Close Window from the File menu to return to the Sentence tab of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP).
