Enter an Alternative Name for a Party (CMAINIT)

1. To enter an alternative name for a person, enter the Last, First, and Middle names. To enter a doing-business-as (DBA) name for a person, enter an Organization Name.

2. To enter an alternative name for an organization, enter an Organization Name. To associate a person with the organization, enter the Last, First, and Middle names of the person.

If you make an error entering an alternative name, you must first remove the record, then enter the correct one.
