Party Type

Code identifying the party's role in a case (for example, whether the party is a plaintiff or a defendant). The party's name appears to the right.

Seq No (Sequence Number)

Sequence number indicating the order in which the arrest was filed. The system fills in the number automatically when you save the arrest record.

Arrest Date and Arrest Time

Date and time the arrest occurred. Cannot be a future date or time.

County

Code for the county where the arrest occurred. The county's name appears to the right.

Arrest Reason

Code for why the individual was arrested. The description of the code appears to the right.

Officer

ID of the law enforcement officer who made the arrest. The officer's name appears to the right.

Arrest Agency

ID of the law enforcement agency for which the arresting officer works. The agency's name appears to the right.

Arrest Number

Number used to track the arrest.

Book Agency

ID of the agency where the individual was booked. The agency's name appears to the right.

Book Number

Number assigned to the booking record by the booking agency.
