Meter # (number)

Parking meter number where the parking violation allegedly occurred.

Posted Speed, Alleged Speed

Maximum speed permitted at the location where the alleged violation occurred and the alleged speed driven.

Radar

Check to indicate that the alleged speed was clocked by radar.

Safety Belt

Indicates the defendant was wearing a safety belt.

Safety Zone

Indicates the violation occurred in a safety zone.

Weight Limit, Recorded Wt (Weight)

Weight limit of the vehicle involved in the incident and its actual weight.

ComVeh (Commercial Vehicle)

Indicates the vehicle involved in the incident was a commercial vehicle.

HazMat (Hazardous Material)

Indicates the vehicle involved in the incident was transporting hazardous material.

Const/Maint (Construction/Maintenance)

Indicates the incident occurred in a construction zone.

Indicates the incident involved an accident and the accident report number.

Indicates the defendant has a commercial driver license.

Indicates the defendant did not sign the citation.

BAC (Blood Alcohol Content)

Blood alcohol content of the defendent. Must be entered as a decimal point followed by up to three digits. If you enter less than three, the system adds zeros after the last digit entered.
