Plate Number, State/Prov (Province)

Plate number of the vehicle and the state or province that issued the plate.

Plate Issued, Plate Expired

Date the plate was issued and its expiration date.

Vehicle ID

Unique series of numbers and/or letters identifying the vehicle. It can be the manufacturer's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or a number assigned by your court either manually or automatically by the system for identification purposes, but it must already be entered in the system for you to enter it here.

Year, Make, Model, Color, and Type

Physical description of the vehicle represented by the vehicle ID.

Title Number

Number on the vehicle title of ownership.

End Date

Last date of ownership of the vehicle.

Owner ID

ID of the vehicle's owner. The owner's name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
