More about automatic event creation (CMAINIT)
If the person setting up your system has associated an event with the violation code on the Violation Rule form (CTRCRUL), ACS Contexte automatically creates the event when the violation is filed. It creates only one instance of each event for the same case. For example:
If an arraignment event is associated with a Breaking & Entering violation code (B&E) and you file two counts of B&E on a person for a specific case, ACS Contexte creates only one arraignment as opposed to one for each count.
If an arraignment event is associated with the Breaking & Entering violation code AND with a Possession of Narcotics violation code and you file one count of each on a person for a specific case, ACS Contexte still creates only one arraignment.
For more information on rule forms, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.
