Fields for Service Document Tracking Maintenance (COADTRA)
Person ID
ID of the person to whom the service letter was issued. The person's name appears to the right.
Document ID
ID of the service letter. ACS Contexte assigns this ID when a service letter is printed.
Document Code
Code for the type of letter. A description of the document appears to the right.
Case ID
ID of the case on which the service letter was issued. A description of the case appears to the right.
Signed Date
Date the service letter was signed by a judge or other qualified individual. If the letter was printed through Letter Generation, this field displays the date the letter was approved on the Paper Event/Docketing Approval (CLAREVW) form.
Due Date
Date by which the letter must be served.
Served
Check if the delivery attempt was successful.
Date Served
Date the letter was served.
Server ID
ID of the officer or person who served or will serve the letter.
Service Type
Code for the method used to serve the letter.
Docket Code
Code for the docket to be entered for a successful or unsuccessful service attempt. If the current docket is sealed and you are not permitted to view sealed dockets, you will see *SEAL or ***SEALED DOCKET*** in place of the actual docket information.
Reason
Code for why you are updating the service letter. This field is required if the service attempt was unsuccessful.
Served To
ID of the person who accepted the letter. The name appears to the right. If the person does not have an ID in the system, you can still enter his/her full name in the field to the right.
Address Type
Type of address where the letter was served.
Address, City, State/Prov (province), Zip/PC (postal code), Country
Address where the letter was served.
Conf. Addr. (Confidential Address)
Indicates whether the address is confidential.
