Fields for Person/Vehicle (CPAAUTO)

Vehicle Number

Unique series of numbers and/or letters identifying the vehicle. If you do not have the manufacturer's VIN (vehicle identification number), you can enter another identifying number or type NEXT for a system-generated ID. You can leave this field blank.

Year, Make, Model, Color, Type

The vehicle's year, make, model, color, and type (for example, 2-door, 4-door, pickup truck).

Title Number

Number on the vehicle's title.

End Date

Date when the vehicle no longer belongs to the person or organization.

Plate Number, State/Province, Plate Issued, Plate Expired

The vehicle's registration number, the state or province that issued it, the date it was issued, and the date it expires.

Owner ID

ID of the owner of the vehicle. The name appears to the right.

Case ID

ID of the case involving the vehicle.

Party Type

Code representing the party's involvement with the case (defendant, plaintiff, etc.).

Party ID and Name

ID of the party and the party's name.
