Fields for Non-Sufficient Fund Person/Company (CPANSFP)

ID

ID of the person or organization who made a payment with non-sufficient funds.

Person/Company Name

Name of the person or organization.

Ind

Indicates whether the current ID is a company (C) or a person (P).

Receipt Date

Date on the receipt for the original payment.

Payment Amount

Amount of the original payment.

Receipt Number

Number of the receipt for the original payment.

NSF Alert

Indicates whether the system will display a non-sufficient fund alert when a payment is entered for the person or organization on the Payment Entry (CBAPAYM), Miscellaneous Fee (CBAMISC), Parking Ticket Payment (CBATPAY), Traffic Disposition/Payment Entry (CVATDIS), or Bond Acceptance Maintenance (CCABOND) forms. The alert warns that the person or organization has a history of making non-sufficient fund payments, but it does not prevent the user from entering the current payment if they so choose.
