ID

ID of the person or organization you are associating with another person or organization. The name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.

Relationship Code

Code for the type of relationship you are entering.

Associated ID, Name

ID of the person or organization being associated with the ID entered at the top of the form.

Associated Relationship

Code for the type of relationship of associated person or organization to the ID entered at the top of the form.

Assoc (Associated) Type

Enter P to indicate the relationship is personal, B to indicate it is business, or F to indicate it is family.

Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time

The date and time the relationship becomes active toggles with the date and time the relationship is made inactive.
