Change the Judge or Enter Dockets (CSAMASS)
When you reschedule an event, ACS Contexte
executes any rules defined for the event on the Event Type Code Rules
form (CTREVNT) and the Event Rules form (CTRERUL). For
more about CTREVNT and CTRERUL, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.
Rules
can be defined for each court, location, and case type combination. For
more information, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.
Select the event or events that you wish to assign to another judge or that you wish to docket.
From the Block menu, select Next.
Enter or search for a New Judge ID. ACS Contexte enables the following buttons:
Do not change Judge. Select this option if you are mass-docketing events but do not want to change the judge.
Change Judge to hear selected event. Select this option if you want to change the judge just for the event and not for whole case.
Enter the desired Docket code and text.
If the entered docket code is associated
with a case status on the Case Status Rule form (CTRCSTS), case status
is automatically updated. For more information about CTRCSTS, see the
ACS Contexte Setup Manual.
Save.
To return to the first page of Mass Rescheduling (CSAMASS), select Clear Form from the File menu.
