Generate/DRAW32.gif When you reschedule an event, ACS Contexte executes any rules defined for the event on the Event Type Code Rules form (CTREVNT) and the Event Rules form (CTRERUL).  For more about CTREVNT and CTRERUL, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

Rules can be defined for each court, location, and case type combination. For more information, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

  1. Select the event or events that you wish to assign to another judge or that you wish to docket.

  2. From the Block menu, select Next.

  3. Enter or search for a New Judge ID. ACS Contexte enables the following buttons:

  4. Enter the desired Docket code and text.

  5. Generate/DRAW20.gif If the entered docket code is associated with a case status on the Case Status Rule form (CTRCSTS), case status is automatically updated. For more information about CTRCSTS, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

  6. Save.

  7. To return to the first page of Mass Rescheduling (CSAMASS), select Clear Form from the File menu.
