Judge ID

ID of the judge whose events you are rescheduling.

Room

Room where the event is to be heard.

Date, Time

Currently scheduled date and start time of the events.

Event

Code for the type of events.

Location

Government building where the events are to be heard.

Conflict Checking

Select to have the system perform conflict-checking when rescheduling the events. The system will check for and notify you of schedule conflicts resulting from your changes.

Cal (Calendar) Type

Code for the type of calendar associated with the events.

Case ID

ID of the case for which the event is being held.

Event      

Code for the type of event.

Days

Number of days the event is expected to take.

Date, Start

Date and start time of the event. You can enter a past date if necessary.

Judge ID

ID of the judge scheduled to hear the event.

Room, Location

Room and government building where the event is to be heard.

Calendar

Code for the type of calendar associated with the event.

Event Text

Free-form field of up to 4000 characters for any notes that should be attached to a case ID and event.
