Establish Calendar Profiles for Judicial Officers (CSAPROF)
Use the Calendar Profile form (CSAPROF) to record normal working hours and work location for judges and judicial officers.
To enter normal working hours
Open the Calendar Profile form (CSAPROF).
Enter or search for the desired ID.
From the Block menu, select Next. The system returns any working hours already entered.
To add hours for a working day, select Next or Insert from the Record menu, then:
Enter the Day of the week and the Start and End times for the day in a 24-hour format: HH:MM.
Enter the applicable Court type, Location, and Room codes. If you leave the Location code blank and enter the Room code, the system fills the location code.
Enter the date that the hours become Effective. If the date is in the current month and year, just enter the day and Tab to the next field. The system fills the complete date.
Repeat these steps for each work day that you want to enter.
To change the hours for a work day, scroll to the desired day and enter the new information.
To limit judge assignment by court, location, and case type, select Next from the Block menu and enter the Court code, Location code, and Case Type or select them from the lists. (If there are case types entered already, first select Next or Insert from the Record menu.)
No entries are required in the Judge
Assignments block, but if one field is entered on a line the others must
be entered as well.
Save.
When finished, Exit the Calendar Profile form (CSAPROF).
