Add Parties to an Event (CSAPTYP)

1. Enter the Party Type or select it from the list. This is a code representing the role of the party in this case (for example, defendant or plaintiff).

2. Enter or search for the desired Party ID. The system displays the party's Name.

3. The Security level defined for the party type on the Party Type Code Rules form (CTRPTYP) defaults into the field, but you can change it. 1 = lowest security; 9 = highest security.

4. Save.

5. From the File menu, select Close Window to return to the Scheduled Parties window.
