The Event Planning form (CSAQSEV) lets you ready events that have been created as a result of docket and violation rules but have not yet been scheduled. These events have projected, or suggested dates that are in the future. If you want to go ahead and schedule one of these events, you can ready it on CSAQSEV, and ACS Contexte will display it on the Event Scheduling form (CSAEVNT) for scheduling. Otherwise, these events won't be available for scheduling on Event Scheduling (CSAEVNT) until their projected dates are reached.

To ready events for scheduling

  1. Open the Event Planning form (CSAQSEV). The form displays in query mode.

  2. To see all future events, select Execute from the Query menu. To narrow the search, enter a Case ID and/or an Event code before selecting Execute. ACS Contexte displays the following information:

  3. To ready an event for scheduling and override its projected date, enter Y in the event's Ready field.

  4. To extend an event's projected date, enter the number of days in the Ready field.

  5. Save and Exit.
