Fields for Supervisor Event Change (CSARSCH)
Case ID
ID of the case for which the event is scheduled. The description appears to the right.
Event
Code for the type of event you want to change. The description appears to the right.
Priority
Event priority. 1 = lowest; 9 = highest. This setting does not affect scheduling; it is used by calendar reports as a way of organizing events.
Continued
Indicates number of continuances, if any.
Case Type
Code for the type of case.
Trial Type
Code for the kind of trial requested for the case, not the event.
Rel (Related), Cons (Consolidated)
Indicate whether the case is related to or consolidated with another case.
Cal (Calendar) Type
Code for the type of calendar on which event is scheduled.
Proj (Projected)
The projected date of the event.
Judge ID
ID of the judge scheduled to hear the case. The name of the judge appears to the right.
Age in Days
Age of the case. An "F" after the number of days indicates that the case has a final disposition.
Scheduled
Date on which event is scheduled. The day of the week appears to the right.
Time, Hr (Hours), Min (Minutes)
Scheduled time it is to start and length of time in hours and minutes that it is expected to last. The time the event is to end is system-filled in the unlabeled field next to the Time field.
Room/Locn (Location)
Room and government building where event is to take place.
Day, of
Indicates if event is scheduled for more than one day and which day is to be rescheduled.
Confirm
Indicates action to take if there is a conflict. Enter C to override conflict and update the event or N to reject the change.
Event Text
Free-form field of up to 4000 characters for any notes that should be attached to a case ID and event.
Party Type
The role of the party for this event and case.
Party ID, Name
ID of the party and that party's name.
Security
The party's security level. 1 = lowest security; 9 = highest security. The security level defined for the party type on the Party Type Code Rules form (CTRPTYP) defaults into the field, but you can change it.
Phone
Party's telephone number.
Lang (Language)
Language needed if party requires an interpreter.
