Site Code

Code for the site to which you are assigned for batch imaging.

Batch ID

10-digit number indicating the batch. The first two digits are the same for every batch created for the entered site code; these are assigned to the site code on the Document Management System Control form (CEACTRL) by the person setting up your system. The digits at the end of the number indicate the batch itself. In between the system inserts zeros to reach the 10-digit maximum length.

Batch Description

Description (up to 30-characters) of the batch.

Count

System-filled with the number of images contained in the batch.

Opened

Two fields containing the date the batch was created and the ID of the user who created it.

Closed

Two fields containing the date the batch was closed and the ID of the user who closed it.

Scanned

Two fields containing the date the system was told that the scan was complete and the ID of the user who entered that information.

Generate/DRAW3.gif There is no communication from your scanner to Contexte so you must tell Contexte when the scan has been completed.

QA Approved

Two fields containing the date the scanned images were approved and the ID of the user who approved them.
