View Adjustments

Use the Adjustment window to view details about adjustments made to fees associated with a violation.

To view adjustment details

1. When you are on a detail code record for a fee that has been adjusted, the View Adjustments option is enabled in the navigation frame. Select it to open the Adjustment Window. The following information about the adjustment displays.

• Detail code and description. This is the code highlighted on the main form.

• Original Amt (Amount). The amount of the fee before the adjustment.

• Adjustment Date. When the adjustment was made.

• Reason. Code for the reason the adjustment was made.

• Adjustment Amount. The amount by which the fee was increased or decreased.

• Amount. The amount of the fee after the adjustment.

2. Select Close Window from the File menu to return to the main form.
