Inquire on Adjustments (CBIADJH)
Use the Adjustment Query form (CBIADJH) to view adjustment information. You can use a range of criteria to tailor your inquiries.

To inquire on adjustments
Select one of the Overall Search Scope options: Case-Related, Non Case-Related, or All Adjustments.
Select one of the View Adjustments On options: Fees, Payments, or Both.
The Court and Location fields are display-only. The remaining fields let you further tailor your search results. Example.
Enter or search for a Case ID. The description displays to the right.
Enter or search for Party ID. The party's name displays to the right.
Enter or search for a Payor ID. The payor's name displays to the right.
If the Payor ID hasn't already been
set up in the system, you can enter a name in the field to the right of
the Payor ID.
Enter or select a fee or payment Detail code for the type of adjustment. The description displays to the right.
Enter or select a Reason code or select one from the list. The description displays to the right.
Enter or select a detail code for the Fee covered by a payment.
Enter a Receipt No. You can enter either the original or voided receipt number. If you enter the voided receipt number, AR finds information for the original receipt.
Enter the ID of the User who made the adjustment.
The Amount Range options let you select based on an amount:
From and To finds adjustments within an amount range.
From only finds adjustments at and above a specific amount.,
To only finds adjustments at and below a specific amount.
The Date Range options let you select based on dates.
From and To finds adjustments within a date range.
From only finds adjustments on or after a specific date.
To only finds adjustments on or before a specific date.
After entering your search criteria, select Execute from the Query menu to go to page two of the Adjustment Query (CBIADJH) form.
Exit when you are finished.
