Inquire on Docket Change/Delete History (CDIHDOC)

Use the Docket Change/Delete History Query form (CDIHDOC) to view a history of docket code changes and deletions.

To inquire on docket changes and deletions

1. Open the Docket Change/Delete History Query form (CDIHDOC).

2. To narrow your search, enter or select the desired criteria:

• ID of the User who performed the change or deletion

• Activity Date From and Thru (date range for when the change or deletion was performed)

• ID of the Case for which you want to see changes/deletions. The case description displays in the field to the right.

3. Select whether you want to view Changed Dockets, Deleted Dockets, or Changed and Deleted Dockets. Click here to see descriptions of the information that displays for the records meeting your criteria.

If necessary, you can narrow your search further by querying on the Case ID, Prev Docket, New Docket, Prev Filing Date and Time, New Filing Date and Time, Reason, or User ID fields.

Scroll or select Edit from the Edit menu to view all Prev Dkt Text and New Dkt Text.

4. To perform additional related tasks, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.

5. When you've finished, Exit the Docket Change/Delete History Query form (CDIHDOC).
