View Judgment For Information (CDIJMTD)

1. View the following information displayed in the For area of the Judgment Inquiry form (CDIJMTD).

• ID and Name of the party for whom the judgment was decided. To view detailed party information, select Party Detail in the navigation frame.

• Amount of the judgment.

• Maint (Maintenance). If this field is blank, it indicates the record is the current and active record. If a record has been changed, it is indented under the active record and a "C" displays in this field. Deleted records have a "D" in this field. The changed records are listed from newest to oldest under the active record. Deleted records have a "D" in this field and are listed in chronological order with the active records.

A toggle option is available in the navigation frame which allows you to either Show Changed/Deleted Records or Hide Changed/Deleted Records. In addition, you can select View Change Reason in the navigation frame to view the reason the highlighted record was changed or deleted.

 

2. To view additional cases associated with the judgment, select Associated Case IDs in the navigation frame. This option is enabled only if a party in the Against block is a party to a case other than the one queried on at the top of the Judgment Inquiry form (CDIJMTD).

3. To view more information about a party, highlight the party and select Party Detail in the navigation frame.
