Use the Minute Query form (CDIMINU) to view the minutes and notes entered for scheduled events. Generally, this form displays information not found in the Docket/Register of Actions (the official case record).

To inquire on event minutes

  1. Open the Minute Query form (CDIMINU). The form opens in query mode.

  2. Enter or search for a Case ID. The description displays to the right.

  3. Enter or select the desired Event. The description displays to the right.

  4. If necessary, enter the Scheduled Date of the event on which you are querying.

  5. If the event is a multi-day event, the number of the Day with a minutes record displays along with the total number of days for the event. If minutes exist for more than one day of the event, the Day number changes as you scroll through them.

  6. To execute your query, select Next from the Block menu. ACS Contexte displays the following information about the minutes that meet your criteria.

  7. When you've finished, Exit the Minute Query form (CDIMINU).
