Select Next Available Date and Time (CSQNADT)

The Select Next Available Date and Time form (CSQNADT) opens in query mode. If you entered a judge on CSAEVNT, the Judge ID displays. The judge's name displays to the right.

1. To execute the query as is, select Execute from the Query menu. To change the query criteria, do the following:

1. Select Cancel from the Query menu.

2. Enter the necessary criteria:

• Judge ID (if you didn't enter one on CSAEVNT); you can search for a judge by selecting the arrow next to the field.

• Start date and time for the event

• court Location where the event will occur

• Duration of the event (the time that it is expected to take)

3. Select Next from the Block menu, then select Execute from the Query menu.

2. Scroll to the record which shows the following availability information for a judge.

• Judge ID

• Date and Time

• Available Minutes

• Location.

3. Choose Select in the File menu to return to Event Scheduling (CSAEVNT) with this information. To return without a selection, Exit.
