Case ID

ID of the relevant case.

Event Code, Event Description

Code for the paper/service event; a description of the event.

Projected Date

The suggested date for the event, which is defined on CTRARUL, CTRCRUL, or CTRDRUL. (These are the forms on which you establish rules for automatically generating paper events on cases.)

Verify

Indicates whether the letter printed correctly. Enter Y to approve the letter and indicate that it printed successfully; enter R to select the letter for reprinting. ACS Contexte will redisplay the letter/event on the Paper Event/Letter Generation form (CLAINIT).

Return Date

Date by which service must be returned for a service letter.

Letter Code; Description

Code for the letter; a description of the letter.

Initiated

Date the letter was initiated on the Paper Event/Letter Generation form (CLAINIT).

Printed

Date the letter was printed using the Umbrella Letter Process (CLPCLTR).

Days

Number of days the letter is to be held.

Recip. (Recipient) ID

ID of the party who is to receive the letter.
