Inquire on Case/Party Account History (CBIAHIS)

Use the Case/Party Account History form (CBIAHIS) to view account information for a specific case and party.

You cannot view assessed fees on this form. See step 7 below for instructions on how to view assessed fees.

Multi-Location Accounting Considerations

To inquire on case/party account history

  1. Enter or search for a Case ID. The description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.

  2. Enter or search for a Party ID. The party's name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.

  3. From the Block menu, select Next to move to the Summary tab.

  4. To limit the display by certain criteria:

    1. From the Query menu, select Enter.

    2. Then enter information for any of the following: Detail (code), Plan #, (transaction) Type, Entry Date.

      3. Generate/DRAW33.gif The displayed Amount includes adjustments.

    3. From the Query menu, select Execute to display account information on the Summary tab.

  5. To view transaction detail, scroll to the desired transaction on the Summary tab, then select the Detail tab.

  6. To view dockets, select Docket Info (CDIDOCT or CMAINIT) in the navigation frame.

  7. To view both assessed and assigned fees for the case and/or party ID, as well as any adjustments, select Uniform Bail/Penalty Schedule Inquiry (CBIUBPS) in the navigation frame.

  8. To access other forms to view additional information, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.

  9. When finished viewing account information, Exit the Case/Party Account History form (CBIAHIS).
