Violation/Docket code and Description.
Disp (Disposed). A check in the Disp (Disposed) box indicates the violation has been disposed. Generally, all fees displayed in this block are associated with disposed violations. However, fees added to the case using the Case/Party Account Detail form (CBAACCD) or the Charge/Allegation/Fine Rules form (CTRCFIN) are displayed in this area even if the violation has not been disposed. Therefore, if you see a violation listed here with no check in the Disp box, it has been officially added to the case using CBAACCD or CTRCFIN.
Detail Code and Description for a particular fee.
Balance of the fee represented by the detail code. This amount includes the original fee and any adjustments.
Citation No (Number)
Total Additional amount of fees officially added to the case.
At the bottom of the form, you can see the Total of the assessed fees and the additional fees.
If a highlighted fine/fee in either the Assessed Fees or Additional Fees area of the form has been adjusted, the View Adjustments option is enabled in the navigation frame. Select it to open the Adjustment Window.
When finished inquiring on pre- and post-disposition fines/fees and adjustments, Exit the Uniform Bail/Penalty Schedule Inquiry form (CBIUBPS).
