Case ID

ID of the case to which you are adding a party. The description displays to the right.

Seq Num (Sequence Number)

Indicates the order in which a party is entered on the case.

Assoc (Associate)

If checked, indicates that the party is associated with another party. To see with which party or parties the selected party is associated, select Party Associations in the navigation frame.

Party Type

Indicates a party's role in this particular case.

Party ID

ID of the party to the case.

Security Level

The party's security level. The security level defined for the party type on the Party Type Code Rules form (CTRPTYP) defaults into the Security Level field, but you can change it.

Language

Indicates the language spoken by a party who needs an interpreter.

Address Type, Address Seq (Sequence)

Indicates the type of address available for the party and the order in which the address was entered within that type.

Start Date, End Date

The date the party was added to this case and the date the party was dismissed from the case.

Name

The party's name displayed in the order of Prefix, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix.

Party Status

Status of the highlighted party.

Status Date, Status Time

Date and time the status became effective for the highlighted party.
