Use the Fines window of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP) to enter a fine or change a fine amount. This window is accessible only from the Sentence tab.

Generate/CAUTION4.gif If you try to add fines/fees to a sentence and you are assigned  to all locations (XX) for a court on the User/Court Location form (CTVUCLN), you are not prompted to select a location as you are for certain other forms. Instead, ACS Contexte selects a location authorized to create fees for the case's court and location. If multiple locations can create fines/fees, Contexte selects one that can both create fees and take payments. When multiple locations meet the criteria, Contexte selects the first one alphabetically. If no locations in your court can  create fees, an error message displays and Contexte stops you from adding any fees.
