Query on or Change Demographic Information for a Party (CMAINIT)

  1. Click on the Demographic tab of the Case Initiation Maintenance form (CMAINIT).

  2. Enter or search for the Party Type or the ID, then Tab to automatically fill in the rest of the name information. If there is more than one party with the party type, enter or search for the ID of the one you want, then Tab.

  3. From the Block menu, select Next to see the party's demographic information.

  4. Add or change information in any of the fields as necessary.

    5. If you do not have access to view the SSN/SIN/TFN information as defined in the Confidential Address and Person Security Control form (COACONF), the SSN/SIN/TFN field displays nine asterisks (*********) and you cannot update the field. However, if the SSN/SIN/TFN field is blank, you can update it regardless of how your user ID is defined on COACONF.  For more information about COACONF, refer to the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

  5. Save.
