Enter Demographic and Additional Information for a Person (CPAIDEN)
Use the Demographics tab of the Person/Organization Maintenance form (CPAIDEN) to enter additional information about a person entered in ACS Contexte. The form lets you enter details like marital status, driver's license information, height/weight, identifying marks, and eye color.
To enter demographic and additional information
From the Block menu, select Next.
Enter descriptive, demographic, incarceration, driver license, and miscellaneous information about the person.
If you are using rules set on the Violation
Rules form (CTRCRUL) to create events and due dates, the Incarcerated
indicator must be manually changed to Y before any violations are entered
on the Case Initiation form (CMAINIT).
Setting the Confidential indicator to
Y causes a warning message to display on forms (such as the Person/Organization
Maintenance form [CPAIDEN]) that
the party has confidential information on file. However, when the OK button
is pressed to clear the warning, the information can still be viewed.
The warning alerts the office staff not to disclose any information to
customers.
Select from navigation frame options to enter additional information. To enter:
Operator license restrictions, select License Restrictions.
Operator license class, select License Class.
Scars, birthmarks, or other identifying marks, select Identifying Marks.
To enter Supplemental (additional) ID numbers, such as an FBI number, select the Supplemental ID tab.
Save.
When finished, select another tab to work with or Exit the Person/Organization Maintenance form (CPAIDEN).
